Cerro Azul” is a company dedicated to the production of seafood products, primarily salted anchovies. The plant is strategically located in Cañete and has all the space and infrastructure necessary to guarantee a process with the highest quality. It is also committed to sustainable production, respecting certified and responsible fishing.
